Annual Day-Use & Boat Launch Access Permits

For frequent users of Snohomish County Parks, we offer the convenience and savings of an annual day-use/boat launch access pass. Passes can be used at all of our parks that charge a day-use fee (Flowing Lake Park, Kayak Point Park, and Wenberg Park).   Annual Passes make great gifts too!

  • Passes are good for one year from date of purchase
  • They can be shared with another vehicle, but cannot be used for more than one vehicle at a time.
  • Passes (1-day or Annual) cover both launch and day-use areas.
  • Be sure to display the pass conspicuously where a ranger can see it and read the pass number and expiration date.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Washington State Park Discover Pass and passes issued through the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife, are not valid at Snohomish County Parks. Passes cannot be used for overnight camping or returned for a refund.
